Hamlyn Heights’ Salon Meraki Colour Specialists has been open for less than a year but has already ranked fifth in local radio’s Best Hair Dressers in Geelong and won Best of the Bay Best Hairdresser 2017.
“I believe my success comes from the personal and unique service every client receives when they come in for an appointment,” says salon owner Vicky Polyzos.
“Hair and beauty is such a personal thing and I always make sure clients are 100 per cent satisfied with the service I provide.”
Vicky opened Salon Meraki in November 2016. With extensive hairdressing experience, she always wanted a salon with a warm, welcoming atmosphere for working her “magic”.
The salon is modern and vibrant, with every client offered coffee or tea on arrival.
Appointments are necessary, Vicky advises, with few opportunities available for walk-in clients.
“However, I always try my best to accommodate everyone,“ she said.
